Why you go to weddings? I only go for eating sweets there, honestly, this is the case and some various types of cooked vegetables that I like, and I eat them raw without any kind of rotis, naans and masala rotis. Oh! Their taste seems to me marvellous when the tasty vapor they evaporate. But mostly I'm there for sweets.
Recently my cousin brother got married in Jaipur. The wedding was super fun, full of masti and maza. Sangeet ceremony was beyond best everything. We danced a lot. And in coming time my friend is also getting married and he asked me for sweets-cum deserts stuff and I told him these ones that I am going to share with you. For kiwi sauce:
5 nos, ripened kiwis (peeled and crushed or finely chopped)
1/3 cup, sugar
½ cup, sugar (you may increase or decrease the quantity as per preference)
Slivered almonds and pistachios
1 cup, chenna/paneer
1½ cup, full cream milk
1½ cup, milk powder
1 tsp, cardamom powder

Active dry yeast – 1/2 tsp
Clarified butter / Ghee – 1 tbsp

Pistachios, chopped – 1 tbsp

Sugar – 1 cup
