The marriage of Akash Ambani & Shloka Mehta, daughter of diamond merchant Russell & Mona Mehta. This tycoon-couple got officially engaged in June 2018 when Akash proposed to his childhood friend Shloka at an event in Goa. Where It All Started?

Akash & Shloka have known each other since their school days at Dhirubhai Ambani International School. Later this friendship blossomed into love and now in a relationship.

Wedding Ceremonies Kicked Off With Some Gujju Swag!

After the courtship period of almost 8 months. Both the families initiated the festivities through a dandiya night hosted at Antilia.

Also, on 11th February Mukesh Ambani along with his wife Nita Ambani and younger son Anant Ambani. Visited the Siddhivinayak Temple to offer the very first wedding invitation to Lord Ganesha, the god of happiness and prosperity.

Mind Blowing Pre-Wedding Bash

This power couple is all set to marry on 9th March 2019. But what’s an Indian wedding without tons of pre-wedding bash right? (aur woh bhi Ambani ki).

Mukesh Ambani is hosting a bachelors party for the laadla beta amidst the icy-gorgeousness of Swiss Alps. The 3-day long lavish event will start from 23rd Feb 2019 at the Badrutt Palace.

This luxurious property is situated in St Moritz, Switzerland. The prices of which start from $1385 per night (INR 98500 approx) and goes up to $4343 per night (INR 308939 approx).

As per various khabris, a winter wonderland type of fair will be set-up for the guests. It will be decked up with rides like a carousel, Ferris wheel, pirate-ship etc will take them back to the childhood days.

Also, the star attraction of the icy-bash will be a live performance by American Pop giant Maroon 5 (now we are feeling jealous!).

And talking about the guests list, almost 500 people are said to be attending. The bash which includes hotshots like Sanjay & Pinky Reddy (GVK Group), Adar & Natasha Poonawalla (Serum Institute), Karan Johar, Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor (Akash’s BFF), Priyanka Chopra (Isha’s BFF), Nick Jonas, Malaika Arora, Arjun Kapoor.

No matter how modern an Indian family become, they remain desi by heart. And it holds cent percent relevance over the Ambani as well as the Mehta family (Akash Ambani & Shloka Mehta).

The wedding of the year will take place in Mumbai itself and is spread over a span of 3 days. The couple will tie the knot on 9th March 2019 which will be followed by Mangal Parv on 10th March and a grand Wedding Reception on 11th March. All these events will take place at the JIO World Center (ek aur shaandar ghar ki jagah!).
