Dia had found true love in Vaibhav Rekhi, who is the founder of Piramal Fund Management Pvt. Ltd. 2 years after ending things with Sahil. Vaibhav was also previously married to Sunaina Rekhi, a famous yoga teacher, and has a daughter from his first marriage. The dating stories of Dia and Vaibhav have been all over the media and the internet for the past few weeks. Without any official announcement, Dia had announced her marriage to Vaibhav via social media posts and a member of the 'gang groom' had already arrived at the location of the bride.

With a matching Nehru Jacket, Vaibhav enhanced very well in a white kurta-pyjama. Though everyone appreciated the first pictures of Dia and Vaibhav as husband and wife.

The Rekhi family hosted a bridal shower for Dia Mirza on February 14, 2021, and accepted her into their family.
