Dia Mirza was previously married to Sahil Sangha, but in a joint declaration in 2019, the couple declared their divorce.

Dia had found true love in Vaibhav Rekhi, who is the founder of Piramal Fund Management Pvt. Ltd. 2 years after ending things with Sahil. Vaibhav was also previously married to Sunaina Rekhi, a famous yoga teacher, and has a daughter from his first marriage. The dating stories of Dia and Vaibhav have been all over the media and the internet for the past few weeks. Without any official announcement, Dia had announced her marriage to Vaibhav via social media posts and a member of the 'gang groom' had already arrived at the location of the bride.

For the wedding, Dia looked elegant in a Red Banarasi Saree with Gold Jewelry, green Maharashtrian Bangles and Gajra enhancing her look. With a matching Nehru Jacket, Vaibhav enhanced very well in a white kurta-pyjama. Though everyone appreciated the first pictures of Dia and Vaibhav as husband and wife.

The marriage of Dia Mirza and Vaibhav Rekhi have a registrar present at her home to register their marriage.

The Rekhi family hosted a bridal shower for Dia Mirza on February 14, 2021, and accepted her into their family. Dia picked a lovely full-sleeve white-hued gown with a veil and a 'bride' tiara over her head for the wedding, and a bride-to-be headpiece.
