Story Behind The Amazing Fairytale Wedding At Disneyland

Bear with us for some time as we walk you through the amazing love story and wedding of Anisha and Varun.

Introduction

The London based couple, Varun Bhanot and Anisha Sethi. Used to live in Chigwell and Maidenhead back in 2018 when they first came into news as the founders Unhoused.org. Unhoused.org is a social impact startup that's focused on using technology to help the unhoused who are living on the streets of London.

Under Unhoused.org, they started a website named “StreetWear” with some basic winter clothing to buy. The model was that for every purchased item, an equivalent was donated to the homeless. What made this model more encouraging was that the people who bought the clothing were sent the photos and videos of the donation so that they can see the final result of their purchase.

The Awesome Proposal

In 2018, Varun and Anisha were again in the news for the awesome proposal that Varun prepared. Varun proposed Anisha 200 Ft. above the ground in a helicopter overlooking the Chesire countryside which had a giant “Marry Me” message written in a farm near Jodrell Bank Observatory.

Varun later shared that he spent nearly three months calling different farmers who would allow him to accommodate his idea with the help of his brother and sister. As Anisha looked out of the window Varun took out the ring and on seeing that she said ‘Yes’ right away.

It was after 4 years of knowing each other that they confessed their love and got engaged. Later after the proposal, Varun went ahead and organised a date in the middle of the message that he prepared.

The Fairytale Wedding

It was recently in 2019, that the couple nailed their wedding in style by selecting the Disneyland in Paris as their awesome fairytale wedding venue. With Anisha in a trendy pastel green lehenga with a blush pink dupatta and Varun sporting a matching blush pink bandhgala their wedding photos look like it’s a part of a fairytale.

From the couple’s royal entry to the pheras in a majestic Disneyland castle. The entire wedding had a “desi touch” to it. While the Goofy played the dhol and Mickey and Minnie grooved to the music. I can’t think of anything that can be more wonderful than this phenomenal wedding.
