Vaibhav 1.0 Jul 19,2019Pathetic and worst wedding decor arrangements by wedding solutions. My wedding was on 10th July and I am writing this review immediately on 11th July bcoz I want everyone to know the reality of wedding solution. I booked wedding solutions for my entire wedding decoration services and since day 1 Ram was very nice and accommodating but he was always behind advance payment( which we thought was normal as wedding planning is a huge business) and promised that the services will be taken care of. I also took review from Ram's customer on Facebook and was convinced that the decor will be taken care well by Mr. Ram. As I was very much particular about the decor, I messaged and emailed all the details number of times to Ram and without seeing, he always said that the exact design will be taken care of. Just one day before the wedding , I had 45 mins call with him with the confirmation of all the details and he assured that things are in place so I shud make 50k payment and as requested, I did too. On the day of wedding, following problems were prominent enough for me to write such review: 1. Morning haldi function was delayed by 2 hrs as instead of peach and yellow draping, Ram had put peach and white draping. When I tried calling Ram , he did not pick the call and his spoc person told me that my payment was delayed to he will not put the yellow flowers. We had to stop the ongoing decor arrangements in between and had to do the function in half decoration as the function was already delayed by 2 hours. 2. The photobooth was supposed to be rose flower one and he had put jerbera flowers with all different colors . The entire stage decor was looking pathetic and when we requested to change flowers, Ram told that rose flowers were never discussed and for entire rose flower arrangements, 25k will be charged extra. 3. Wedding garlands were missing actual rose flowers, there was huge gaps between Garland flowers, the flowers were looking dirty and old. 4. There was no carpet for bride entry as we requested and when we asked, Ram said what can I do as my person took the carpet back. 6. The decoration for wedding mantap was ongoing when the bride and groom reached for the wedding and we had to cancel the decor process as the wedding muhurat was already delayed by 2 hrs. 7. The entry Arch's were missing flowers, bouquets were old and dirty, jerbera flowers were used instead of rose, and flowers were used only one side as flowers were over. 8. We requested roses and baby breaths flowers for makeup but there was nothing available with Ram. When we asked, Ram told that these flowers are not available anywhere so I cannot do anything. 9. The fulo ki chadar's one leg was broken and was yellow in color which was not at all matching with the decor color theme. 10. The photo booth was pathetic and entirely different than the design expected. Photobooth was supposed to be from morning 7 am but Ram put at 7 pm. It was of no use then. Therefore, what I feel is Ram did a pathetic job and the services provided was not even close to what we requested. I think Ram needs to pay us back the amount for the moments he screwed for us as for him it may be an assignment but for us it was the most important day that he screwed it big time
