Verdhman Bapna 1.0 Oct 04,2023We hired Theme Box Events for my son's wedding from 30th September to 2nd October 23 at Gold Palace Resorts. I complained three times to the person monitoring the sound system to reduce the volume and also sound quality is not good but he didn't bother and it was difficult to sit with such a loud sound. Finally I had to complain Ms Sonia the owner of the company. I told that I had complained 3 times to concerned but he didn't pay any attention as such he doesn't deserve any payment. I thought that Ms Sonia will be a professional and will instruct the person for needful improvement but instead of this, she went to my son and threatened that you make your own arrangements as she is going to withdraw. She knew that we can not make any alternate arrangements at the last moment. This is most unprofessional on the part Ms Sonia. My purpose of writing this review is to alert the prospective clients to keep it in their mind before going ahead with this company.
