Shyamal Banerjee 2.0 Feb 26,2022Eventually , they gave us a wedding video adding 3-4 mins above the 20 mins with pictures to make up for the lost footages but the concern was that everytime we had requested for any change, we had to provide them the entire footage or raw images from our side, which means that they always deleted everything without waiting for our feedback, which was really very unprofessional. In addition, they always hid the underlying truth from us.

    Shyamal Banerjee 2.0 Aug 14,2021We are having horrible experience with Rishav photography with reference to loss of video footages of the Bride's Haldi ceremony, the videos of guests from Groom's side carrying traditional Bengali trousseau trays (Tatwa) and entering the wedding venue, videos of guests who attended the morning ceremony and videos of guests who assembled before the Groom's car arrived at the wedding venue on 10th February 2020. It is an embarrassment for us in front of both the families and fight for justification of choosing a professional like Rishav based on his charismatic historical work. We received 2 wedding albums in November 2020 and an incomplete video of 20 minutes (instead of 30-45 minutes as per contract) on 3rd January 2021. We have shared all pictures we have felt might be suitable to be placed in the wedding video for the Bride’s Haldi Ceremony in Google Drive with his team since there was complete non-cooperation from Rishav's side on recovery of the lost data. Since March 2021 , he and his team have not been updating us about the final wedding video, which is still pending from their end. Mr.Rishav has been harassing us for over 1.5 years now and we are tired of following up for the final wedding video.
