Prerak Rokadia 1.0 Oct 14,2023Unprofessional. Super unprofessional!! My wedding function was in Dec’22. 1st cut of edited video/photos provided in Apr’23. Photos were almost as good as raw photos without much efforts being put into, which I asked to edit again. Traditional video had few changes. Reel is yet to be delivered. On a goodwill, I made balance payment in April, but since then there is no response from Rahul, owner of Pridev films. I keep on calling/messaging him, which he hardly replies. If my luck is good and able to connect with him, he gives false promises of delivering on same day and again no response for a month. Now it has been 5 months of follow-up. I have lost my hopes. Only request to the people who are planning to hire this photographer on your wedding/other important day. PLEASE AVOID!!! Even if he is your only choice, don’t pay him until and unless your output has been provided to you as per the commitment.
