Sugandh and Akshit are one the most polite and understanding people we have come across. They managed to design and suggest all the themes and designs for our event. We never knew that our wedding will look like a fairytale to us and to our guest witnessing the event! They were completely honest and transparent to us all throughout. We will highly recommend them! Kshitij Rai 1.0 Mar 02,2021A wedding in India is the single most important event in the family. Team Beyond Events subjected us to nothing short of chaos, panic, rage, mental and emotional trauma because of their incompetence and false promises. When we started planning my sister's wedding, we had a fair idea of what we wanted down to the detail of the kind of chairs, the shade of the drapes, the exact props, the design of backdrops etc. When we hired Team Beyond, we discussed everything in great detail to ensure there was no misunderstanding, all elements were documented and agreed upon. Unfortunately, COVID struck and we had to reschedule the wedding last minute. Team Beyond Events assured us that they will be able to make the new date with ~90% of the elements what was initially agreed on. I was assured that they had it under control. About 12 hours before the first wedding function, Akshit from Beyond Events called to inform us that they will no longer be able to handle the wedding arrangements and handed it over to a new contractor. The 30% advance we paid had to be forfeited and a fresh payment would have to be made. That night, Akshit did not arrive, and there was no handover. It was 11 PM and the function was to start at 9 AM the next day. After incessant ignored calls and messages, Akshit finally answered and informed me that the vendor is not contactable, and he is not confident if the furniture and decor items will come. Akshit had totally given up and told me that manpower to put the flower decorations together would not be available at ANY COST! I had to figure everything out myself overnight and pay several times the amount than what was initially estimated. The next night while the preparations for the second event were on, Akshit arrived ,we hoped to redeem himself, but he only gave the new vendor a rough idea of the events and its requirements, he also told him to bring whatever furniture/decor was available- and sent away a stage backdrop intended for us to someone else. Since he had "forgotten" to mention the generator requirement, he suggested that we can put the additional load of the decor lights on the normal house supply (which was not possible it turned out, it had to be procured at additional cost). Akshit's casual attitude did not fail to amaze me, and he lost any remote chance at gaining my respect! By the end of the wedding, my cost overrun was in multiples of the planned budget thanks to Beyond Events and what's worse, none of the elements were what we wanted. I am not sure if it was Akshit and Sugandh Agarwal's sense of humor when they believe that they deserve a pat on their backs for their efforts in helping me put the wedding together. https://www.facebook.com/kshitij.rai.19/posts/10164885789395076
