Apeksha 1.0 Nov 10,2023 The owner of the store is extremely Rude . For her the in- house customers doesn’t matter at all . Had placed the order of poshak , long back in may . I received the product in August but it was totally ill fitted . I didn’t react much , thinking it’s human error and it happens. After loads of discussions they agreed that It was their master’s fault . So had to resent the product again . The owner didn’t have the basic courtesy to inform me if they received the parcel or not . It was me who kept asking about the updates When I called her today (November, Cz still I didn’t receive the poshak ) rather than being apologetic, she was extremely rude and reverted saying - this is the way I work - I was busy with exhibitions - if u don’t like it , don’t come to us next time I don’t think so any customer deserves this kind of DISRESPECT M sorry to say, there are many more places like jashan available in the market . This attitude of yours won’t take you long . She is more content with her exhibitions.. In house customers doesn’t matter much She doesn’t appreciate or value customer’s time . She is the one who is busy and everyone else are free ( this is her concept ) I wish I could attach the audio file of the conversation we had on phone I had terrible experience at Jashan by Harshika Ranawat
