Rules of Entry

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for nomination, wedding professionals must have actively operated in their respective fields.

Nomination Period:

Nominations will be accepted during a specified period announced in advance. Nominees must ensure that their submissions are received within this timeframe.

Nomination Categories:

Each nominee can apply in one or more relevant categories, but separate nominations must be submitted for each category. Ensure that you meet the specific criteria for each category you enter.

Nomination Fee:

A nominal nomination fee will be required for each category entered. This fee is non-refundable and helps cover administrative costs associated with the awards.

Nominee Consent:

Nominees must provide explicit consent to their nomination and agree to participate in the awards process, including providing relevant documentation and attending the awards ceremony.

Valid Contact Information:

Ensure that all nominations include accurate and up-to-date contact information for both the nominee and the person submitting the nomination. Failure to provide valid contact details may result in disqualification. The Company does not hold any liability on the portfolio submitted by nominee and the person submitting the nomination. In case of any discrepancy, nominee and the person submitting the nomination shall be responsible for the losses if any due to same.

Supporting Documentation:

Nominees are required to submit a portfolio of their work, including photographs, videos, client testimonials, or other relevant materials on their profile that showcase their expertise and contributions to the wedding industry.

Conflict of Interest:

Members of the SWAG - Shaadidukaan Wedding Awards Gala-Night team, the jury, and the panel, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in the awards. This rule prevents any potential conflicts of interest.

Incomplete Nominations:

Nominations that are incomplete or do not adhere to the submission guidelines will be disqualified. Ensure that all required information and documentation are provided as specified.

Nominee Verification:

The SWAG team reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the information provided in the nomination, which may include contacting clients or other relevant parties for verification.

Compliance with Laws:

All nominees and participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Any nominee found to be in violation of such laws may be disqualified.

Transparency and Confidentiality:

The nomination and selection process will be conducted with transparency and integrity.

Decision Authority:

The SWAG team reserves the right to make the final decisions on all matters related to the awards, including eligibility, nominations, and winner selection.

Withdrawal of Nominations:

Nominees may request the withdrawal of their nominations in writing before the official announcement of finalists. Withdrawn nominations will not be eligible for a refund of the nomination fee.

No Appeal Process:

There is no appeals process applicable for the SWAG - Shaadidukaan Wedding Awards Gala-Night. The decisions of the jury and panel are final and not subject to appeal.

Payment Terms:

• Payment can be done via: Paytm, Phone Pay, Google Pay, UPI, Bank Transfer, Credit Card, Debit Card, RuPay Card etc.

Annual Subscription:

The Subscription shall be effective from To be Announce.

Nomination Cancellation:

If in any case SWAG-2024 cancels then there will be no money refund and same nomination will adjust in next award ceremony.

All disputes are subject to Jaipur jurisdiction only.
