Rishabh Ratan 1.0 Dec 17,2023We have booked them for a wedding that too around more than 5-6 months before the wedding date. But due to some unforeseen reasons that wedding got called off that too like 4 months before the date and just one month after the booking date. While booking they haven’t told anything about refund policy. So we requested to refund the token money. Firstly, they told that they will not do any refund as they have given money to all the vendors( that too 6 month before). We requested like multiple times (like for more than 3 months) they told that refund will be done if they get any booking on that date and they kept delaying the refund by saying “we aren’t getting any order”, “may be the date is not a lagan date” (baseless excuse). I got frustrated and told them that I will write a review accordingly. Then they told me to wait for certain period and they will do refund! I waited for the specific date and pinged them on the mentioned date. They have refunded only around 30% of the booking amount which seems like they have given a minimum amount because we begged so much that to like after 100s of chat etc. They should have refunded around 80-90% as we have canceled the booking 4 months before the wedding date. The owner is a very smart business man with a cunning personality. Better not to book anything from here or if you are booking them, then please keep these in mind while booking and give booking amount accordingly
