Umesh 1.0 Aug 06,2020Hi I'm Umesh im posting this review after my reception at 1:30AM on Aug 6th 2020 i had very worst experience with mercury botique my contact with them started from chikpet mysore silk society i had purchased five sarees from mysore silk on jul 31st 2020 for my wedding to my fiance to stitch wedding blouse Mr Lokesh from mysore silks suggested to mercury boutique the next day on Aug 1st met a lady called ganga lakshmi at Mercury boutique she had promised to deliver the 3 blouse with design work on Aug 4th by 3:00 pm as on Aug 5th was our reception we had called ganga lakshmi on aug 4th morning she said will give by evening from then she started to trouble us by disconnecting the calls not responding properly then around 6pm she said no power from morning in malleshwaram i called bescom and enquired regarding power they said there is no power off then we thought something fishy and went directly to shop but guess what our blouse was lying on desk and this stupid lady ganga lakshmi was not there a tailor from bihar was stitching our first blouse at 8:30PM we asked him to call her as she was not responding to our calls, he called her she responded his call then she was surprised to hear our voice and said I'll come and give the blouse to wedding place and disconnected the call we got pissed off took our sarees in a bag and by mistake we had put the tailor phone into our bag and left the place. Ganga lakshmi had called thrice on Aug 2nd for money and i had deposited 10000 through UPI she had charged 12k for three blouse and today ie Aug5th my reception is over i received the blouse in wedding hall also she has sent her tailor to malleshwaram police station saying that we have theft his phone. It's very painful and sorrow that we paid money and also we received the blouse in wedding hall in middle of the ceremony upon that Mr Raghu from malleshwaram police station calling me to give his phone back and also to pay 2k giving phone back was not an issue it's our mistake that had come in my bag but for the blouse which my fiance didn't wear for reception we paid 10k and additional 2k this is very pathetic customer service from mercury boutique. Giving one star is also not worthy if any one thinks this is fake story can contact me on 6361813287 I'll give the what's app chat with ganga lakshmi and call recording also upi transfer details. I strongly recommened not to go to mercury boutique there is no customer satisfaction with them for me i don't know about others until she gets money idiot lady ganga lakshmi speaks so kind as if customer is God once money is received no respect to customer. This is my sad and tearful story in three hours my muhurthm is fixed and I'm posting this story.
