Team Leader-Telesales

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of telesales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.

• Monitor day-to-day team performance, call quality, and sales productivity.

• Provide regular training, coaching, and mentoring to improve skills and sales techniques.

• Develop and implement telesales strategies to maximize revenue and customer acquisition.

• Track and report daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and KPIs.

• Handle escalated customer queries and ensure timely resolution.

• Motivate the team to maintain high levels of energy, enthusiasm, and commitment.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.

• Collaborate with the sales manager and other departments to support overall business growth.

• Maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and performance excellence.
