Haldi

For her Haldi, Sejal looked ethereal in a vibrant green Bandhani saree that beautifully reflected her Gujarati roots and wedding story. Her haldi wasn’t just a celebration, it was an ode to heritage, emotions and  the bonds that define family. Every splash of turmeric carried blessings, every smile echoed tradition & every laugh lit up the air with joy. The intimacy of the event made it even more special. It was a reminder that sometimes even small gatherings leave the biggest imprints on our hearts. Surrounded by love , laughter & culture, Sejal’s Haldi was the beginning of a new and the most beautiful chapter of her life.

Mehndi

This event is one of our favorite and deserves a special shout out . Sejal’s Mehendi was straight out of an English countryside dream—a garden setting, vintage charm all around, and a bride who channelled her inner duchess and looked like she walked straight out of a fairytale.

A garden bathed in sunshine, and Sejal and her girls getting their henna done… Sounds like the perfect, peaceful Mehendi, right?
Enter Jagtaar and his boys—who took one look at the lush green lawn and declared it the ultimate cricket pitch. Before we knew it, the tea party had an unexpected twist—Sejal and her girls, sipping on coolers, turned into an impromptu cheering squad, while the boys went all in for glory. Sixes were hit, wickets were taken, and somewhere between a perfect cover drive and a violin solo, this Mehendi found its rhythm. A little elegance, a little madness, and a whole lot of them. Because why choose between a tea party and a cricket match when you can have both?

The Wedding

The day began in the peaceful setting of a Gurudwara, where Sejal and Jagtar tied the knot in an intimate Anand Karaj ceremony, surrounded by their closest family, filled with love and commitment.Then came the lunch at The Oberoi Sukhvilas—a beautiful continuation of their special day. It wasn’t about extravagance, but about the two of them, radiating a sense of calm.

For Varmala, Sejal and Jagtar had something  quieter & softer in mind.Just the two of them, their parents, and a gentle shower of flowers floating through the air. No big audience, no loud cheers—just hearts full of love and a moment they’ll never forget. It wasn’t about tradition, it was about emotion. About locking eyes, smiling through happy tears—with the people who raised them standing right there.It was calm, cozy, and beautifully personal.

Reception

It was the most beautiful night ever, where the newly weds held each other like no one was watching, swaying slow and close—like their whole story lived in that quiet moment. It just happened, the way the best things do. A soft smile, a forehead touch, and a closeness that whispered ‘I’m home.’ Later, Jagtar sang a beautiful song for his wife. His voice carried a love letter for her. Every moment from the wedding felt like a warm hug.

The Decor

From English Tea- party setting to traditional melodies, this wedding had everything that one can imagine. Soft white blooms & flowing green drapes were the theme of the ceremony. It felt as if nature itself became a witness, blessing the couple as they began their forever.

While many plan weddings, Sejal & Jagtar created one that everyone truly felt. From the first moment to the last dance, every part of this celebration carried meaning.
